A better foundation for your website
Keep your website.
Leave PHP behind.
We move your website or web service to Go or Node.js. Keep the content, URLs and business functions. Leave unnecessary complexity behind.
Less overhead. Fewer exposed components. More control.
↳ Scope agreed before we start
01 / A reason to move
Why postponing the move costs more
If every update risks breaking something, plugins conflict and maintenance keeps getting more expensive, your existing architecture has reached its limits. You do not have to keep paying for those limitations. You can preserve what generates revenue and replace the technical foundation.
PHP continues to evolve. The reason to migrate is the condition of your project: an unsupported version, accumulated workarounds, an unnecessary CMS or an unreliable release process. We move your business functions into an architecture that is easier to maintain and verify.
The risk extends beyond old plugins. On 21 October 2026, PHP released fixes for two critical interpreter vulnerabilities associated with remote code execution. A further advisory followed on 23 October. Existing PHP projects need an urgent review of applicable updates, regardless of migration plans. Official PHP advisories.
02 / Keep what matters
Before / after
| Before: a legacy project | After the agreed migration |
|---|---|
| PHP and a CMS process even unchanged pages | Static pages wherever server logic is unnecessary |
| Functions spread across conflicting plugins | Required capabilities organised into clear modules |
| Dependence on one control panel and contractor | Source code, instructions and access under your control |
| Manual changes on the production server | Reproducible builds and a defined rollback procedure |
| No clear view of where enquiries disappear | Verified forms, event delivery and error monitoring |
| Costs rise without an understandable link to traffic | Infrastructure matched to demand and a cost estimate |
| Backups exist only as a promise | An agreed backup and recovery verification process |
03 / A controlled transition
Four steps to your new website
- Assess the project. You provide the website address and necessary access through an agreed secure channel. We record pages, functions, data, integrations and migration conditions. We confirm the price and timeline before starting.
- Build the replacement. We migrate content and agreed logic to Go or Node.js, choose deployment, configure access and show you the new version in a separate environment.
- Verify the result. We check pages, forms, roles, orders and data. We review URLs, metadata and redirects, then prepare the cutover and a rollback plan that accounts for new records.
- Switch over and hand over. We agree a short launch window, synchronise changes and direct traffic to the new version. You receive the code, instructions and verification results. The old environment is retired after acceptance.
Timelines: from 3 hours to 2 days
From 3 hours for a simple website with ready materials, standard pages and no complex server logic. Up to 48 hours for a project that has been assessed and fits the agreed migration scope. The clock starts once the necessary access, materials and specification are confirmed.
We take on projects of any complexity. Large systems, unusual integrations and regional or global infrastructure require agreed stages and a separate delivery schedule. Database volume, availability requirements and external approvals affect timing. A pricing category does not automatically promise a complete global migration within two days.
| Project | Price | |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 20 pages, without a content management system | €200 | Buy this package ↗ |
| Up to 20 pages, with a CMS and up to 5 CMS modules | €400 | Buy this package ↗ |
| 21–100 pages, without a content management system | €500 | Buy this package ↗ |
| 21–100 pages, with a CMS and up to 5 CMS modules | €800 | Buy this package ↗ |
| 101 pages or more, without a CMS or database | €700 | Buy this package ↗ |
| More than 101 pages: database, CMS and online ordering; excluding deployment infrastructure and cron jobs | €2,500 | Buy this package ↗ |
| More than 101 pages: database under 1 GB, CMS, online ordering and regional DevOps infrastructure | €10,000 | Buy this package ↗ |
| More than 101 pages: database over 1 GB, CMS, online ordering and global DevOps infrastructure | €50,000 | Buy this package ↗ |
These prices cover the agreed migration. Hosting, cloud usage, paid licences, taxes and ongoing maintenance are specified separately in the proposal; VAT treatment is confirmed before payment. A module means an agreed functional area, such as a catalogue, news section or enquiries, rather than an individual screen.
We count pages against an agreed URL inventory, excluding technical duplicates and filter parameters. A site with exactly 101 pages and a CMS, a database of exactly 1 GB, more than five modules or a combination not covered above receives a separate quote. Regional and global infrastructure are defined by architecture and availability requirements, not database size alone.
05 / Built to hand over
What you get
Working business functions. We preserve agreed scenarios, from reading a page and sending an enquiry to managing a catalogue and processing orders. Replacing PHP should preserve the capabilities your business needs.
Security you can verify. We reduce unnecessary dependencies, separate public and administrative functions and apply the permissions each component needs. You can review the agreed checks and results.
Understandable costs. We compare current and future operating costs, including infrastructure, licences and maintenance. Savings are supported by a project-specific calculation, rather than a universal percentage.
Independence from the contractor. You receive the source code and launch instructions. You know where data lives, who can access it and how to release the next version.
A foundation for growth. New integrations and capabilities fit an agreed structure instead of adding another chain of workarounds.

Can I send a free enquiry?
No. Choose a prepaid migration package or a €99 consultation. Commercial orders are accepted only after Stripe confirms payment.
What does the €99 consultation include?
A 60-minute appointment to review your website, required functions, migration options and next steps. Development and migration are separate purchases.
When can I book a consultation?
Monday to Saturday, within 09:00–21:00 CET, fixed UTC+1. A 60-minute appointment can start no later than 20:00 CET.
Which time zone do I see?
The booking screen uses your browser’s time zone initially. You can change it. The date and time shown are local to the selected zone; availability remains anchored to CET.
Does CET change for daylight saving time?
For this service, CET means fixed UTC+1 all year. Your displayed local time may change when your region enters or leaves daylight saving time.
When is my appointment confirmed?
After verified payment. A checkout temporarily holds the appointment; abandoning payment does not create a confirmed booking.
Can two customers buy the same appointment?
The API checks reservations and paid bookings on the server and prevents overlapping appointments. Browser time and form values cannot override availability.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe’s hosted checkout in EUR. Enter card details on Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
What happens if payment fails?
No paid order is accepted and no project work begins. Return to the service selection and retry. A temporary appointment hold expires automatically.
Is the consultation deducted from a migration purchase?
No automatic deduction is included. A different arrangement applies only if we expressly agree it in writing.
Which migration package should I buy?
Compare the published page, CMS, module, database and infrastructure limits. Buy a package only when your project fits; otherwise book the paid consultation.
What if my project exceeds the package?
Additional work requires a written scope and payment. We may pause work until the difference is agreed; a package does not include unlimited development.
Are prices and tax clear before payment?
Published prices are in EUR with VAT included where applicable. Stripe displays the final amount and available tax details before you pay.
Who provides the service?
Codepolder / Reprevi, KVK 42061196, DUNS 473926290, Westhavenkade 71P, 3131AH Vlaardingen, Netherlands. Full tax details are in the terms.
What must I provide?
Complete content, assets and licences; an accurate function inventory; exports and backups; and timely, authorised technical access through an agreed secure channel.
Should I send passwords in the payment form?
No. Describe the project without credentials or sensitive records. After payment, we agree secure, preferably temporary access with the minimum necessary permissions.
Who is responsible for backups?
You must maintain usable backups and verify recovery before changes. Backup creation or incident investigation is included only when expressly scoped.
Does the service include deployment?
Turnkey delivery includes deployment on your infrastructure when it meets the agreed technical requirements and you provide the required access.
Can I receive a Docker image instead?
Yes. If deployment access or compatible infrastructure is unavailable, delivery can be an agreed container/image or Docker package with build and launch instructions.
Are hosting and third-party services included?
External hosting, cloud consumption, paid licences, domains and ongoing operations are separate unless explicitly included in the purchased scope.
When does the delivery clock start?
After payment and receipt of all agreed materials, access and approvals. Customer delays, scope changes and external dependencies extend the schedule.
Can you preserve URLs and search visibility?
We preserve URLs where feasible and map redirects when required. We check metadata, sitemaps and crawler access, but search rankings are not guaranteed.
Does switching language guarantee security or savings?
No. Results depend on architecture, updates, access controls, workload and maintenance. We agree project-specific acceptance criteria rather than universal promises.
Can I cancel or withdraw?
Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply where relevant. Use your private order link or the withdrawal page. Early performance requires a separate express request; rights end after full performance where the law permits.
What liability and acceptance terms apply?
The terms define deliverables, customer duties, defect notification and lawful liability limits. Mandatory consumer rights, liability for intent and other non-excludable duties remain protected.
